Your New Role

Step into a Customer Care Specialist role where you’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for customers in regards to their devices. You will work closely with a supportive Customer Service Manager who will mentor and guide you as you grow your skills. You will:

  • Respond to high-volume customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Provide timely updates to customers in regards to their orders
  • Manage queries on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Resolve customer escalations in an empathetic manner
  • Update the Salesforce CRM with customer information

About You

  • Previous Customer Service, Customer Care, Complaints or Order Processing experience
  • Experience in Healthcare, Medical Device, or Pharmaceutical industries is a bonus
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers
